When Adam Oldfield took over the family business, his wife, Michelle Oldfield, stepped up as both a partner and leader. With over 20 years of experience as a teacher in the Hamilton Catholic School Board and a proud Indigenous woman, Michelle brought discipline, compassion, and operational expertise to the family business.
