EARTH DAY HAMILTON – Clean the Air you Breathe

Climate change is a problem but is now being recognized. Earth Day is April 22, and this year more than ever people around the world are starting to see the changes that are happening. Climate change is a problem but is now being recognized. The CO2 levels in the atmosphere are rising, and the earth is getting warmer. The ice caps are melting, and sea levels are rising. Extreme weather events are becoming more common. Climate change is a real and pressing problem. But there is hope. More and more people are becoming aware of climate change and are taking action to try to stop it.

Earth Day Hamilton
Earth day – is EVERY day at Vacu-Man

Climate change is certainly a reality, as anyone who’s stepped outside lately can attest. Global temperatures are rising, and with that, we’re seeing more extreme weather patterns. Scorching summers are followed by record-breaking winters; tropical storms are becoming more frequent and more destructive. Climate change is no longer a topic of discussion but an action of reality. Thankfully, there are things we can do to slow the process down and help heal our planet. On Earth Day in HAMILTON, let’s pledge to do our part in saving the world we call home. Let’s recycle more, drive less, and use less water.

In addition, making sure that your furnace is running efficiently uses less energy and reduces your carbon footprint.   If we all work together, maybe we can make a difference. Climate change is real, but so is hope.

Our team at Vacu-Man is proud to be a sponsor of Lifesavers Park in downtown Hamilton. As a sponsor, we have a responsibility to help keep the park clean and free of debris. Today, our team spent the day cleaning up around the park. We removed trash and debris from the area, and we even gave the park benches a good scrubbing! Our team had a great time giving back to our community, and we’re already looking forward to our next cleaning day at the park.

We all know how important it is to get some fresh air every once in a while. Opening the windows and letting in a breath of fresh air can do wonders for our mood and our health. But did you know that indoor air can be just as critical as outdoor air? In fact, indoor air can sometimes be even more polluted than outdoor air. Allergens like dust, pollen, and mold spores can build up indoors, causing respiratory problems for some people. If you have allergies, it’s important to be aware of the indoor air quality in your home and take steps to improve it if necessary. Some simple things like getting your air ducts and furnace cleaned on a regular basis along with using an air purifier can make a big difference. So the next time you open the windows,

Sitting in your home with the windows open is a great way to enjoy the fresh air and take in the sights and sounds of nature. However, it’s important to be aware that open windows can also draw in a lot of dust, pollen, and other debris from outside. Over time, this can build up in your furnace and air duct system and potentially could cause health problems. That’s why it’s important to have your furnace and air ducts cleaned on a regular basis, especially after a long winter of closed windows.

As the summer heat starts to intensify, many of us begin to turn on our air conditioners in an effort to stay cool. However, air conditioners can actually make the air inside our homes dirtier and more humid if the evaporator coils are not cleaned correctly. Dirty air coils can cause a musty smell to circulate throughout the home and can also lead to respiratory problems. In order to ensure that your air conditioner is running efficiently and not making the air inside your home more dirty, it is important to regularly clean the evaporator coils. Although this may seem like a daunting task, it’s part of our service that Vacu-Man offers when cleaning the air duct and furnace system.

If you’re planning any renovations in your home, it’s important to keep the furnace and air ducts clean. Small particles from drywall easily get pulled through the system and can clog up the furnace filter. These particles can then be blown back into the room, causing dirty air and potentially damaging your AC coil. To avoid this, be sure to have your furnace and air ducts cleaned before starting any renovations. This will help ensure that your home is safe and clean during and after the renovations.
