We’re expanding our HVAC and Home Comfort division — and we’re looking for an experienced, people-first Home Comfort Advisor who’s ready to grow with us.
About the Role
This is a 100% commission-based sales position, ideal for a self-starter who thrives on closing deals and helping homeowners find the perfect comfort solution.
You’ll meet with clients, assess their needs, and recommend tailored heating and cooling solutions — including furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers, UV lights, and more.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct in-home HVAC consultations with residential clients
- Recommend heating and cooling systems and accessories
- Enrol customers in membership and maintenance plans
- Follow up to ensure complete satisfaction and gather 5-star Google reviews
- Work alongside licensed HVAC installers to provide a seamless experience from first handshake to final airflow
- Maintain and update client information in Jobber and Monday.com
- Collaborate with our leadership team to enhance the sales process and generate new opportunities
- Follow up on marketing leads and regional partnerships
- Maintain a close rate of 40–70% and consistently achieve targets

Who You Are
- A driven, entrepreneurial professional with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and confident in your ability to close deals
- Proud of your work and dedicated to creating great customer experiences
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential HVAC sales (B2C) with proven results
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence
- Fluent in English — additional languages like Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, or Gujarati are an asset

- This is a commission-only position; earnings are performance-based
